I ordered two of these desks for my two teenage sons. One of them arrived with the box smashed in the corner, it seems it was already that way before it was shipped because the corner was taped with clear packing tape. I have a feeling it was a return, that box was also missing a headphone peg which suppose to come inside the bags with all the screws. The directions were simple, clearly labeled with letters, however that same box arrived with 4 C legs instead of 2 C legs and A & B legs. Again, I believe this was a returned box where someone took what they needed and sent back with all the leftover parts. Anyways because it was a free return with Prime I was able to order a replacement desk which came in great condition and I was able to put that one together without a hitch. One of the E piece only had one drilled hole instead of two. So again, the quality control can be better where these are manufactured, but it is what it is. The product was made in China. The main body which is the desk and two attached drawer already comes assembled so what you’re really doing is putting the four legs on to the desk and three joint pieces to fortify the legs. After that the desk had a clean and sleek look. For what I paid it looked great! I would recommend it for people who doesn’t want to shell out a big bucks but also doesn’t wanna buy a cheap looking composite wood desk to give these a try. These are bamboo and looks to be sturdy and made of substantial quality bamboo. Well worth the money spent.
