I bought this for my 7 year old daughters birthday. She has limited space in her bedroom so needed something a little smaller, but where she could still color, do homework, etc. on it. This was just what she wanted and fit perfectly in the space. The drawers are good quality and can be opened and shut with ease. The dimensions and details of the product were just as stated. Shipping was just as stated.This desk is especially cute and exactly what my 5 year old needed as far as functionality the space that her room allowed for me to put a desk. The only issue we had was the finish was not the best. She got some micro splinters from the finish, and it took us about a half our or more to get then out of her skin. We did a polish wipe on it with a microfiber cloth and that seemed to smooth it down.The paint job and cut lines of the wood was very decent. The packaging it came in was pretty protective and there was only a couple nicks. However I did have multiple screws broken off at the tip. It was the some of the screws that are used throughout the entire assembly. It got four stars due to its sturdiness. The hutch that attaches to the desktop is not that sturdy. Nor are the screws that screw everything together. I feel as if a child that might be a little bit more rough with their things will destroy this desk quickly.It’s such a cute desk for my 9 year old!! It’s small but if you’re looking for something that does not take too much space then this is it. It comes halfway assembled so it does not take long at all to put it together. Super cute desk, and an absolutely great seller, would definitely buy from again!This was super easy to assemble by myself (female with very little assembly experience). Just pay attention to which direction the shelves are facing during assembly (right or left). It's cute, and fits in a small space, yet roomy enough for my 9 year old.I purchased this desk because I need something small to do my college work and future lesson plans on. It fit perfectly into the small space I had. It's stylish and was very easy to put together. I put it together in under a half hour by myself. I highly recommend!
