This bag is much larger than my old one. This size might not be that portable, but I think it's super convenient to just put all makeup stuffs in one bag and put the bag in the carry-on or backpack. The material looks sturdy. There are two small pockets inside which make it easier to organize small items.Very nice, sturdy bag to hold toiletries and cosmetics. I knew that the bag was going to be big, but it turned out to be even bigger than I had personally anticipated. This isn't an issue for me, because it's a good thing in case I need to store more things. I haven't tested out if it is waterproof, but to me that is not a concern, since I'll be carrying it in my backpack.I'll definitely get good use out of this bag and if I find that it is too big for my needs, then I definitely wouldn't hesitate to order the smaller one.The texture is a bit rougher than I expected, I thought it would be rather smooth but once you get used to it then it's not a problem. It's a spacious bag that can keep many taller bottles in it. I'll recommend to let it air out before usage due to the stronger new bag smell. Besides that, it's a very practical accessory.Although it is advertised as a cosmetic bag, you can use it like any purse. It does not have straps. But it does have to mesh pockets inside to put very small objects like jewelry. It is lightweight. For $8, it's hard to complain about much. It does what you expected to do.
